The Civic Orchestra of Victoria is a volunteer musical organization.

We are dedicated to providing the opportunity for musicians of varying ages and abilities to perform a wide repertoire of orchestral music.

Our mission is to serve as a platform for aspiring soloists or choral groups, both as a learning experience and for the enjoyment of our members.
