• in the large parking lot on Pandora below Blanshard St. (behind Rotherham Place),

The Alix Goolden Performance Hall is part of the Victoria Conservatory of Music.

Parking in City-owned parkades is free for the first hour; evening parking is free Monday to Saturday 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Rates are $2 per hour charged in 15 minute increments.
On-street parking is free in the evening 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. Check
